We are writing to advise that we are proactively reviewing potential risk to our supply chain
following the global fuel shortages arising from the conflict in the Middle East.
Fuel surcharges have led to delivery charges increasing locally and we are seeing increased
container shipping costs on imported goods to Australia.
Whilst we hope this is temporary; we will actively monitor this situation throughout the
next few months and communicate any necessary changes to product pricing as this is
understood. We strongly recommend placing orders for any large projects to ensure the
availability of goods at current pricing for any capital works projects.
In some positive news, we have seen some relief in copper prices and our hard drawn
copper prices will be reduced on the 1st of April, 2026.
Refrigerant prices will continue to be reviewed monthly and following a change in
refrigerant demand and cylinder availability, we will be updating our cylinder hire fees and
charges effective on the 1st of July, 2026.
We thank you for your continued business and support.
